Job Description:

Labhanya Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Executive to support our marketing and design team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating digital marketing creatives, social media designs, and basic branding materials while following brand guidelines.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, execution-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns
• Create banners, posters, brochures, and presentation designs
• Assist in website and landing page visual design
• Work closely with senior designers and marketing team
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all designs
• Make revisions based on feedback and project requirements
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

Mandatory Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong understanding of design basics (color, typography, layout)
• Must be comfortable working in an office-based role
• Ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines
• Good time management and coordination skills

Design Tools & Software Requirements:

• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of InDesign (preferred)
• Familiarity with Canva
• Basic understanding of Figma or Adobe XD (plus point)

Design Skill Areas:

• Social media creatives (posts, stories, ad creatives)
• Marketing & promotional designs
• Basic branding materials
• Simple website banners and visuals

Preferred / Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• Basic motion graphics or video thumbnail design
• Understanding of social media formats & trends
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design styles
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency

Education Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
