Graphic Designer Executive

• Design creatives for social media, digital ads, landing pages, blogs, and email campaigns
• Create product-focused graphics for feature launches, case studies, and product decks
• Design brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, whitepapers, and sales collateral
• Work closely with product marketing, content, growth, and sales teams
• Translate complex SaaS concepts into simple, clean, and engaging visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline assets
• Support motion graphics, basic video editing, and product demo creatives
• Create templates that improve team efficiency and brand uniformity
• Produce eye-catching creatives aligned with HRTech industry standards
  

• Motion graphics experience (After Effects/Premier Pro)
• Exposure to product UI/UX
• Experience with HRTech or SaaS brands
  

Qualifications

• 13 years of graphic design experience (B2B SaaS or tech industry preferred)
• Strong portfolio with B2B design samples
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Understanding of layouts, typography, iconography, and color theory
• Experience designing for LinkedIn B2B performance marketing
• Ability to convert product features into clean, visually appealing graphics
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced teams Nice to Have
