Role Overview As a graphic designer, you’ll collaborate with our content creator and social media marketing specialist to craft visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and campaign goals. From Instagram posts to YouTube thumbnails, your designs will shape how Elephanto is seen online. Roles & Responsibilities Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest Create static posts, carousels, stories, infographics, banners, and short video edits Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro Understand and apply marketing elements such as CTAs, user flow, and color psychology Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs Collaborate with the content and SMM team for campaign-based creatives Keep up with design trends and evolving social media formats Organize design assets and templates for easy team access Preferred skills Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic Premiere Pro Basic video editing and motion graphics A portfolio showcasing social media/digital designs Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of social media marketing and audience behavior Bonus: Experience with interior design or architecture-based content Experience Required 0–2 years of experience in Graphic Design or related creative fields Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply Benefits Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
