The OpportunityWhen you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Brand Management team you will create premium designs that resonate with clients and elevate brand presence. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your knowledge to mentor junior team members, navigate complex design challenges, and build meaningful client relationships while securing the delivery of top-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client ask and deliver design as per the industry/Sector/requirement.
  • Design using MS Suite, Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Create high-end value-added designs
  • Visualize and design proposals, presentations, brochures, infographics, mailers, banners.
  • Create short PPT/GIF animations.
  • Enhance the overall look and feel of standard documents.
  • Understands brand and applies it effectively.
  • Ensuring a high standard of quality in deliverables.
  • Work in a wide range of projects and collaborate with groups/teams
  • Being proactive and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.
  • Consistently demonstrate dynamics of a team player, who understands personal and team roles, contributes to a positive work environment, invests in team bonding, and proactively seeks guidance, clarification and feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent/degree in multimedia or equivalent
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite (Google Doc, Google Slide, Google Sheet and Google Drawing objects)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Specially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Creative designer with 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Ability to comprehend instruction, visualize and convert content into meaningful visual presentation.
  • Ability to work as reviewer – (Good to have)
  • Impactful design portfolio.
  • Out of box creative thinking, eye for detail and adaptability to new design technologies.
  • Ability to work independently with no or very little supervision.
  • Capacity to work as reviewer post training
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

Shift Time

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Bridge Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Additionally, there is a weekend shift every two months, where team members work on

Sunday (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

and receive

Friday

and

Monday

as their week-offs. We do not follow the standard SDC holiday calendar. Instead, our team operates on a customized holiday schedule, which includes a mix of national and regional holidays, approved by the UK stakeholders.
