Role Description:-

• Create design concepts and execute them from ideation to final delivery — banners, social media graphics, email marketing templates, web graphics, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations etc.

• Develop and maintain brand assets: logos, typography, colour palettes, iconography, style guides, etc., ensuring consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.

• Work with marketing team to design campaign collateral — for both digital (social ads, landing pages, display ads) and print (catalogues, pamphlets, signage).

• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and/or external agencies/ printers to source or create visuals (images, illustrations) that align with project requirements.

• Ensure all designs meet technical specifications — correct formats, sizes, colour modes (e.g. RGB vs CMYK), resolution, optimised for performance and clarity.

• Assist in design of internal documents / reports / presentations to maintain brand consistency.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools/software, and best practices; propose new ideas/approaches to improve visual output & efficiency.

• Manage multiple design projects with overlapping deadlines, prioritising and delivering on time.

Qualifications and Skills:-

• Proven experience (portfolio) in graphic design with both print & digital media work.

• Proficiency in design tools/software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong sense of typography, layout, colour, composition, visual hierarchy.

• Understanding of print production processes (bleed/margins, file preparation, colour spaces etc.).

• Good communication skills: able to understand briefs, incorporate feedback, interact with internal stakeholders.

• Time management and organizational skills: able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines.
