Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging and on-brand visual content across print, digital, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, good communication skills, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns, social media posts, websites, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, etc.
• Develop design concepts in line with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate with content writers, marketing teams, or political/media strategists to design creative assets.
• Edit photos and videos as needed for content and marketing use.
• Prepare design files for print production and digital publishing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and image editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing original design work.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) are a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles or web design is an advantage.
• Experience working with social media or political/public campaigns is a bonus.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication and time management skills.

Location : Kothrud , Pune, Maharashtra
