Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and politically aware Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a deep understanding of political branding, and the ability to create engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design political campaign creatives including posters, banners, pamphlets, hoardings, and social media content.
• Develop visual identities for candidates, campaigns, and political parties.
• Collaborate with the content, strategy, and digital marketing teams to bring political narratives to life visually.
• Create infographics and data visualizations for reports, presentations, and public communication.
• Stay up to date with political trends, issues, and public sentiments to make relevant and timely designs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
• Work on tight deadlines and adapt quickly to campaign needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a political or news/media context.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing political or cause-based design work.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute campaign themes and slogans visually.
• Knowledge of Indian political landscape and regional languages (especially Hindi) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or animation will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with political campaigning tools and trends, especially for Bihar and North India.
