Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role in Pune. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, logos, and branding elements. The role includes tasks such as assisting Senior Designers in executing creative visual solutions, producing high-quality designs, and collaborating closely with team members to meet marketing and business objectives. The designer will also focus on maintaining brand consistency across various media.

• Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, and other members of the creative team to brainstorm ideas, contribute to concept development, and participate in design critiques to improve the overall quality of the work.

• Creative Research: Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Research to gather inspiration, references, and relevant visual materials to inform and enhance the design process.

• Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ensure efficient workflow by prioritising tasks, coordinating with team members, and seeking assistance when needed.

• Software Proficiency: Utilise design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CoralDraw, or other industry-standard tools to create, edit, and finalise design projects. Stay updated on software updates and advancements.

• Innovation & AI-driven Design: Explore and adopt AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.) to speed up creative exploration and improve visual impact. Recommend new workflows, tools, and design improvements to strengthen internal processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools and software
• Knowledge and application of Typography to enhance design aesthetics
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Experience: 1-2 years. Freshers can also apply for a good advertising experience and training.
