Graphic Designer

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Brand & Visual Identity

• Maintain and evolve the Chai Nagri visual language across sub-brands like The Healthy Wave, House of Kulcha, and Chai Nagri Creations
• Ensure brand consistency in typeface, color palettes, layouts, and tone across all visual touchpoints

2. Social Media Creatives

• Design engaging and trendy content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & WhatsApp Marketing
• Create reels thumbnails, stories, carousels, and festival/event-based campaigns
• Collaborate with content writers for captions and post planning

3. Packaging & Product Design

• Design packaging for retail tea products, gifting boxes.
• Work on dielines, mockups, and pre-print files for vendors
• Create illustrations and concept art for storytelling packaging

4. Menu & In-Store Design

• Design café menus (print/digital), tent cards, stickers, danglers, and banners
• Conceptualize event posters

5. Marketing Collateral & Ads

• Design flyers, brochures, pitch decks for franchise models, hiring ads, and investor proposals
• Create visual assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, GMB and offline campaigns
• Develop static & animated creatives for performance marketing campaigns

6. Photography Direction & Editing

• Guide product and lifestyle shoot aesthetics (angles, background, props)
• Edit photos for e-commerce, Zomato/Swiggy listings, and campaigns

7. Creative Ideation & Trends

• Research visual trends in F&B, tea brands, and Gen-Z marketing
• Propose new creative formats, campaign ideas, or visual revamps (e.g., seasonal themes or nostalgia designs)

8. Collaboration & Workflow

• Work with marketing, operations, and product development teams
• Manage multiple design requests with timelines and feedback loops
• Maintain a shared drive of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines
