• Design carousels, social media posts, ad creatives, packaging, and brand collateral.
• Create scroll-stopping static & animated creatives (bonus if you know motion!).
• Build visual identities for brands — you won’t just “execute,” you’ll

  conceptualize

• Collaborate with content, video, and strategy teams to create high-conversion assets.
• Attend

  shoots, creative brainstorms, and client strategy sessions

  as required.

• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) / Figma / Canva Pro
• Typography, layout, grids, colors, and basic branding theory
• Visual storytelling, CTA hierarchy, and creative psychology
• Trend spotting and adapting design to GenZ, corporate, or luxury aesthetics

• No micromanagement — just accountability and ownership
• Flexible hours, but full commitment
• Work-from-home + On-ground shoots or collab sessions (1–2 days/week minimum)
• Constant growth, strong feedback loops, and creative mentorship

• 3-month minimum
• Stipend: ₹8K – ₹12K based on output
• Strong interns will be hired full-time
• You’ll be treated like a full-time designer from Day 1
