Graphic Designer – Job Description Position - The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate brand messages clearly and effectively. This role involves conceptualizing and producing digital and print content while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and design graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emails, and print materials. Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to meet project goals. Create visual assets including logos, infographics, illustrations, layouts, and promotional materials. Ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing projects and communications. Edit and retouch images for use in various media formats. Prepare final design files for printing, publishing, or deployment. Stay updated on design tools, industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Present design concepts and receive feedback to improve final deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and branding principles. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills (Optional)Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro). UI/UX design experience or familiarity with web design tools. Knowledge of print production processes. Illustration skills. Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing.
