● Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for websites and digital products, crafting wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final designs.

● Create compelling motion graphics and video content, handling the process from concept to delivery.

● Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the designs align with and enhance our brand message.

● Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing as necessary to meet deadlines.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, andtechnologies.

What it takes to thrive at Because:

● You hold a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field,

demonstrating your design foundation.

● You possess proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, UI/UX design, and video

editing, making you a design powerhouse.

● You master the tools of the trade! Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After

Effects, Premiere Pro), Sketch, InVision, and other design software is essential.

● Your strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design sets

you apart.

● You have a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills ensure your designs are polished

and effective.

● Your basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, giving you an extra edge in the digital world.

● You are a pro at juggling projects.

● You ace soft skills like communication, interpersonal, leadership, time management, the whole

shebang.

● You keep things organized, on time, and on budget.
