Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our school’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually appealing and effective designs for various school-related materials, both digital and print. This role supports communication, branding, and engagement efforts across the school community.

Location : Aravali International School ,Sector 43 , Faridabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visual content for school marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and newsletters.
• Develop graphics for the school’s website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Assist in designing and updating presentation materials for school events, staff meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Making ID cards.
• Collaborate with the administration, teaching staff, and the marketing team to understand design needs and timelines.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the school’s branding guidelines.
• Maintain and organize digital assets and design files.
• Take photographs and edit images of school events, students, and staff for promotional use.
• Assist in creating content for school yearbooks, magazines, and event programs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or Canva.
• Understanding of print and digital design principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to take feedback and adapt designs as needed.
• Attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics and layout.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience working in an educational setting is a plus.
• Basic photography and video editing skills are advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
