Key Responsibilities
Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, reels assets, thumbnails, and layouts for
social media, ads, website, and campaigns.
Plan, ideate, and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with brand objectives.
Develop engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos that reflect brand identity.
Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms to boost reach &
engagement.
Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across channels.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for integrated campaigns.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and short-form script ideas.
Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and continuously optimize content.
Maintain brand consistency and deliver creatives with quick turnaround times.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or social media management.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and familiarity with video editing tools.
Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory & layout.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
YouTube, X.
Good copywriting skills and ability to conceptualize creative content ideas.
Analytical mindset with experience using social media insights & analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
