Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing technology transformation strategies, overseeing implementation projects, and optimizing digital capabilities for business efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, review scripts, design visual storyboards, and create high-quality designs for various projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute technology transformation strategies, oversee implementation projects, and optimize digital capabilities for business efficiency. - Collaborate with the client team to understand needs, review scripts, design visual storyboards, and create and edit designs. - Provide media effort estimation and solutioning support. - Build functional competency as Media Lead, overseeing all design projects from conception to delivery. - Create high-end cutting-edge designs for complex projects/new showcase demo samples. - Develop graphics/media (UI, Graphics, illustrations & animations) while ensuring the highest quality levels. - Maintain graphic standards, guidelines, and checklists for the project. - Ensure final products align with client needs, are delivered on time, and do not exceed the budget. Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in the required domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Fair knowledge of e-learning best practices, SCORM/AICC standards, learning design and development, and various rapid authoring tools. - Expertise in design tools such as eLearning, motion graphics, marketing communication, website design, and multimedia design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Camtasia, and Audition. - Proficiency in working across web, print, and digital for creative communications like Explainer Videos, multimedia animations, UI/Interaction Design using cutting-edge technology. - Must be a quick learner with an ability to adapt to new tools.
