Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer to join our growing IT team. The candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics and user-friendly web interfaces aligned with business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements
• Create graphics for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding
• Convert design concepts into responsive web designs
• Work closely with developers, marketing, and project teams
• Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms
• Optimize designs for performance, usability, and responsiveness
• Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements

Required Skills & CompetenciesGraphic Design Skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW
• Branding, banners, creatives, social media posts
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layouts

Web Design Skills

• HTML5, CSS3, basic JavaScript knowledge
• Responsive design (mobile-first approach)
• UI/UX fundamentals
• Experience with Bootstrap or similar frameworks

Tools & Platforms (Preferred)

• Figma / Adobe XD
• WordPress (basic to intermediate)
• Canva (additional advantage)

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
