Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Grants Analyst, based in Chennai with some work from home acceptable. The Grants Analyst will be responsible for managing grant administration, analyzing financial statements, conducting research, and handling finance-related activities. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as preparing grant applications, tracking grant-funded projects, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and providing analytical support to ensure the effective use of grant funds.

Qualifications

• Prior Grants knowledge
• Deep Research skills
• Analytical Skills and experience with startups
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the non-profit sector or research administration is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
