Key Responsibilities:

Assist in time and motion studies, work measurement, and productivity analysis.
Support in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Participate in layout planning and optimization of workspace utilization.
Collect, compile, and analyze production and process data for decision-making.
Assist in preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for operational improvements.
Support implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Industrial Engineering / Production Engineering.
Experience:
Freshers (0–1 year).
Basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools such as Time Study, Method Study, 5S, Lean, and Kaizen.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate across functions.
