Job Description | Import–Export / Freight Forwarding Executive

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented professional to manage import and export operations, customer coordination, and shipment execution efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end import and export shipments (Air & Sea)

Coordinating with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and vendors

Preparing and reviewing shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, etc.)

Sharing quotations, handling follow-ups, and supporting business closure

Monitoring shipment movement and providing timely status updates

Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade procedures

Maintaining accurate shipment records and coordination reports

Required Skills & Competencies:

Working knowledge of import–export and freight forwarding operations

Clear and professional communication skills (English & Hindi)

Understanding of Incoterms (FCA, FOB, CIF, etc.)

Knowledge of CBM, chargeable weight, and basic costing

Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills

Qualifications:

Graduate (any discipline)

Prior experience in logistics / freight forwarding / EXIM preferred

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
