Graduate Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving mechanical systems and components. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies.
• Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
• Conduct engineering calculations, simulations, and tolerance analyses to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineering to support product development and production.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for design optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
• Support manufacturing and field teams by troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure all designs meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:

• 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience (depending on level of role).
• Experience in [industry or specialization, e.g., HVAC systems, automotive components, consumer products, etc.] preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in 3D CAD and FEA tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, ANSYS).
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T principles.
• Familiarity with prototyping, testing, and design validation processes.
• Working knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASME, ISO)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
