Job Description – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

We are seeking energetic, committed, and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to join our growing team.

Selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience across key functions such as production, costing, quality control, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in project planning, costing, and execution to ensure timely and smooth project delivery
• Support production, maintenance, and quality assurance activities
• Participate in project documentation, reporting, and data management
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental (HSE) standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project and production objectives

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of core mechanical/electrical engineering principles
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks is an added advantage
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new tools and technologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
