Role Overview: As part of the Fresher B.Tech Program at STL, you will be joining the strategy function in India. This program is structured to offer you opportunities to apply your theoretical knowledge, work closely with the team or project assigned to you, and ensure compliance requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Algorithm Designing, Data Structures, Networking fundamentals, and OS Fundamentals - Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with high attention to detail and minimal supervision - Exhibit hands-on approach and excellence in execution - Communicate effectively through compelling presentations and clear verbal skills - Utilize strong analytical and quantitative skills with business acumen - Display agility, flexibility, and quick responsiveness to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - B.Tech./B.E. degree, preferably from Tier 1 Institutes - Eligible disciplines include Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Chemical, Material, production, Automation, Nano Photonics/Optics - Minimum 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA without active backlogs in all full-time qualifications Additional Company Details: Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL) is a global data networks innovator with a presence in over 100 countries.
