Context:

IntelliCon Technologies is a bootstrapped venture, founded with a single-minded focus on developing an effective indigenous engineering ecosystem focused on charging solutions to accelerate the Electric Mobility revolution in India. We are also a valued partner with several large corporates where we are collaborating to develop indigenous hardware solutions ranging from 2/3W EV Chargers, AC EV chargers, Solar products, and Power Quality Solutions, etc with a focus on reducing the country's reliance on imported IP.

We are razor-focused on hiring, training, and retaining the best talent for the long term, as well as collaborating with other engineering-focused partners.

The Founding team is experienced in technology and business. We have been incubated at IIT Delhi where we have our engineering team. Apart from incubation at IIT Delhi, we have also had our plan and vision rigorously scrutinized and validated by Startup India, NASSCOM, StartinUP, BITS Goa, DST, MEITY, GAIL, and other reputed establishments.

We believe that hardware engineering is challenging but it can also be a lot of fun when you are working with the right team. We are looking for self-motivated learners and builders with impeccable integrity to join our Product Engineering team.

Requirements:

# Degree is immaterial as long as you can show relevant proof of work/passion in Hardware/Embedded development through projects.

# Final-year students or Freshers with hands-on engineering experience in embedded/electronics projects.

# Impeccable integrity. Focused on learning. Team player.

# Passionate about hardware engineering.

# Experience with fundamental electronic circuits and embedded hardware.

# Ability to read datasheets and schematic diagrams.

# Experience in embedded development on popular controllers like Renesas, ESP32, Arduino, STM, Microchip, etc.

# Ability to collaborate and communicate complex technical concepts openly and transparently.
