Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Automation Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand companys automation products, solutions, and services.
• Assist the sales team in lead generation and pre-sales activities.
• Support in preparing technical/commercial proposals and quotations.
• Attend customer meetings along with senior sales staff to understand client requirements.
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis.
• Work with the application team to ensure feasibility and proper execution of solutions.
• Maintain and update customer databases in CRM systems.
• Provide post-sales support as needed, including coordination with service and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Diploma Engineers may be considered for DET (Diploma Engineer Trainee) role. Stipend will be Rs.15000/-

Required Skills set:

• Passion for Sales should only apply.
• Strong interest in automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drives, Sensors, Robotics, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of sales cycle and customer relationship management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or project experience related to industrial or building automation.
• Familiarity with brands like Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, ABB, or similar.
