Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Government Sales Manager to drive the audio

conferencing and cloud telephony services for Andera Pradesh and Telangana

region at an independent level, as well as with a team.

Roles and responsibility

The role will be to develop and deliver cloud telephony products, contact centre

solution, customer engagement platforms, audio conferencing and virtual events to

clients. This will include managing key relationships with clients, advising them on

strategy, proposing and supporting appropriate solutions, negotiating engagements,

dealing with any escalations, and ensuring seamless delivery of Solution to help our

clients modernize their application.

The role requires to regularly interact with municipal commissioners, collectors, Sr.

govt officials to promote our service and so

Should be able to achieve organic growth of the existing product portfolio, as well as

acquiring new clients through business relationships.

Understand customers' requirement and implement appropriate solutions in

coordination with the product team.

Responsible for the entire sales process customer acquisition to closure, account

management and retention.

Maintain high level of customer engagement, relationship and proactive engagement

with customers to identify opportunities and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

B2B Selling (Govt) exposure and demonstrated and successful track record in selling

Cloud telephony/SAAS services to Large or SMB accounts. International sales

exposure and prior experience in handling WhatsApp and omnichannel solutions will

be an added advantage.

Strong Consultative selling ability critical questioning, listening, analytical negotiation,

communication, and presentation.

Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate compelling qualitative and quantitative

business solutions.

Experience managing all aspects of the sales process and thoroughly documenting

them in our CRM.

Aware of Digital way of selling

Strong Technical and Analytical/ problem-solving skills.

Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated personality adaptable to a fast-paced, high

volume and high velocity sales organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
