Government Sales Manager – Cloud Telephony & Audio Conferencing

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and high-performing Government Sales Manager to drive our cloud telephony, audio conferencing, contact center solutions, and customer engagement platforms across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

You will work independently and as part of a team to expand our presence within government departments and officials.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell cloud telephony products, audio conferencing, contact center solutions, and virtual event services.
• Build strong relationships with municipal commissioners, collectors, and senior government officials.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with product teams to deliver the right solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closure and retention.
• Ensure high levels of customer engagement and identify new business opportunities.
• Handle escalations, negotiate deals, and support seamless solution delivery.
• Drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the existing portfolio.
• Document sales activities and maintain CRM accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in B2B or Government Sales, preferably selling Cloud Telephony / SaaS Solutions.
• Exposure to WhatsApp/Omnichannel products is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to develop business solutions and present them effectively.
• Familiarity with digital sales methods and CRM documentation.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable in a high-speed sales environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
