Job Summary:

The Government Tender Executive will manage the complete lifecycle of government tenders relevant to Media Hermits Limited. This includes identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements, and maintaining thorough documentation. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams and external government agencies to maximize the company’s success in securing government contracts.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Government Tender Executive, located in Pune. The Government Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders to government entities, maintaining relations with local government and public sector officials, analyzing tender requirements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Daily tasks will also include monitoring tender portals, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, and attending bidder meetings.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in the events industry is a plus
