Governance Reporting & Analysis - SVP

As an individual in Governance Reporting & Analysis at our company, you play a crucial role in developing standard risk and controls reporting to ensure the availability of reliable information for better management and decision-making. Your responsibilities include: - Managing the development and implementation of standardized risk and controls reporting across the organization, aligning with senior management, Board, and Regulator expectations. - Providing data analysis, governance, management, and oversight for Governance Committees in adherence to Citi's policies, standards, and procedures. - Ensuring proactive management of the risk and control environment through comprehensive reporting and analysis. - Identifying potential areas of vulnerability and communicating them to relevant stakeholders for appropriate risk mitigation measures. - Reviewing and updating risk and controls reporting standards and procedures to ensure effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Providing regular updates on risk and control status to senior management and the Board. - Managing the operations of Citi's governance committees, including coordinating meetings and ensuring action items are followed up. - Collaborating with committee chairs to facilitate effective decision-making and alignment with organizational goals and governance standards. - Developing and implementing a comprehensive controls training program for all controls employees. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry. - Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls. - Track record of leading Control related projects and programs with attention to critical details. - Comprehensive knowledge of Citis businesses and functions and their risk profiles. - Expert knowledge in the development and execution of controls. - Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes. - Excellent communication skills to engage and inspire across stakeholder groups. - Master's degree is mandatory for this role. Additionally, you should exhibit a strong sense of accountability and ownership, along with a results-oriented mindset. Your ability to deliver compelling presentations and influence executive audiences will be crucial in this role.
