Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Government NPS role located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves managing and driving new business acquisition for National Pension Scheme (NPS) within the government sector by interacting with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting presentations or workshops, addressing queries, and assisting in the enrollment and management of NPS accounts to promote effective service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial products and services, especially in the domain of the National Pension Scheme (NPS).
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in sales, presentations, and delivering impactful workshops or seminars.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial documentation processes required for government-related schemes.
• Experience working in large financial institutions or government-sector client portfolios is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field required; relevant certifications in finance or government schemes preferred.
