Job Title: Google Ads Specialist
Location: H-143, H Block, Sector 63, Noida (Near Ananda Road, beside ACR Service centre.
Job Type: Full-time.
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Office Timings: 11am to 8pm
Experience Required - 3-4 years

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions across various digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of Google Ads tools, audience targeting, analytics, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize ad performance.● Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.● Write compelling ad copy and test different creatives to maximize ROI.● Optimize landing pages for better Quality Scores and conversion rates.● Perform A/B testing on ad formats, bids, and targeting strategies.● Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices and algorithm updates.● Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with broader campaign goals.

Required Qualifications:
● Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.● Google Ads Certification (preferred).● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other ad tools.● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.● Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks effectively.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).● Knowledge of SEO and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).● Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns.● Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
