Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for administering and maintaining Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Chat, and other associated applications. Your role will involve configuring and optimizing Google Workspace settings to meet the organization's specific needs, monitoring and managing user accounts, groups, and permissions, as well as handling data migrations. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain Google Workspace services - Configure and optimize Google Workspace settings - Monitor and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions - Conduct data migrations - Implement and maintain security best practices - Manage access controls, authentication, and authorization - Integrate Google Workspace with third-party applications and services - Create and manage custom scripts, apps, and workflows - Provide technical support to end-users - Create and maintain documentation and training materials - Monitor system performance and usage - Generate reports and insights on Google Workspace usage and performance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or a related field - 5-10 years of experience in Google Workspace management and support - Proficiency in Google Workspace services and associated tools - Strong understanding of cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools - Knowledge of security best practices and compliance within Google Workspace - Experience with scripting and automation using Google Workspace APIs (Additional requirement) - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Additional Details: The company's hiring process includes screening (HR Round), Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2, and Final HR Round.,
