Google & Meta ads specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize ad performance.
• Write compelling ad copy and design ad creatives in collaboration with the design team.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed reports (CTR, CPC, ROI, ROAS, conversions).
• Optimize ad campaigns for better performance – A/B testing, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads & Meta Ads policies, trends, and best practices.
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEM, and social media advertising strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and related analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
