Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Google & Meta Ads Specialist, located in Indore. The Google & Meta Ads Specialist will create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, setting up, and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-driven adjustments. The role also involves staying up-to-date with industry trends and implementing best practices to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Proficiency in conducting keyword research and using various ad tools
• Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the herbal or wellness industry is a plus
