₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skills & interview performance)

🔹 About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Performance Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience running live campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for real clients across diverse industries.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.

✅ Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA).

✅ Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.

✅ Create ad copies and basic creatives in coordination with the content/design team.

✅ Track and report campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis.

✅ Learn to troubleshoot common issues related to campaign delivery and performance.

✅ Stay updated with platform policies and emerging trends in performance marketing.

🔹 Requirements:

✅ Basic understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.

✅ Interest in digital marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

✅ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.

✅ Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
