Google Ads Specialist

The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads. The goal is to maximize ROI, improve conversions, and ensure effective ad spend management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Write effective ad copy and select high-performing creatives.
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics & other tools.
• Monitor budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
• A/B test ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Stay updated with Google Ads best practices and new features.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with the team/clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (certification preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Experience with keyword research tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc. is a plus).
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Strong copywriting and ad creation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets effectively.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
