Job Overview

We are looking for a highly dedicated and performance-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to lead and manage our in-house digital marketing team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in product-based advertising, specifically managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and must be based in Hyderabad with the ability to work on-site at our office.

This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, execution excellence, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for product-based businesses
• Manage end-to-end paid marketing strategy including search, shopping, display, remarketing, and social ads
• Lead and mentor the in-house digital marketing team, ensuring performance and accountability
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages
• Manage and optimize product catalogs, feeds, and tracking pixels
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and ensure maximum ROI
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid advertising
• Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for campaign execution
• Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
• Strong experience in product-based / eCommerce advertising
• Prior experience working in Hyderabad (local market understanding preferred)
• Proven ability to manage and lead an in-house marketing team
• Expertise in:
• Google Search, Shopping, Display & YouTube Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Highly dedicated, performance-oriented, and self-driven

• Hyderabad-based candidate only
• Willingness to work 100% on-site
• Hands-on expertise (not agency-only or theoretical knowledge)
• Long-term commitment and dedication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling high-budget ad accounts
