Google Ads Specialist

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and a strong understanding of PPC strategies, keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals (in collaboration with designers, if needed).
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Run A/B tests to improve CTRs, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Generate regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated on Google Ads trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of delivering positive ROI and hitting KPIs.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
• Google Ads certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
