If you're passionate about data-driven marketing, enjoy optimizing ads for performance, and want to make a real impact on business growth — this role is for you! You’ll work on Google Search, Display, YouTube, and more to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase ROI. Requirements: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of performance marketing, keyword strategy, and paid search. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. Write compelling ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for visual content. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
