Job Description

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns that drive results. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and scaling high-performing Google Ads campaigns. Prior experience in the EdTech sector will be a big advantage. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing) Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower acquisition cost Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting Monitor and analyze ad performance using Google Analytics & reporting tools Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and algorithm changes Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging ad creatives Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders 📌 Requirements: Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other key metrics Ability to handle budgets and achieve high conversion rates Certification in Google Ads (Preferred) Experience in EdTech campaigns will be a huge plus Knowledge of YouTube Ads and lead generation funnels preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
