Google ads Expert

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The role requires deep expertise in Google Ads, analytics, keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and campaign optimization to drive quality traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and App.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and extensions to maximize CTR and conversions.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Implement advanced targeting strategies including remarketing, custom audiences, and demographic targeting.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare and present performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ads with business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Google Ads Specialist/Expert (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
• Hands-on experience in managing large budgets and achieving ROI goals.
• Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with landing page optimization (A/B testing, CRO tools).
• Knowledge of SEO basics to complement paid campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
