Job Description: We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Expert to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with PPC strategies, understands audience targeting, and knows how to turn ad spend into real business results. Key Responsibilities: Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.) Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies Set up conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for clients/stakeholders Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search marketing Requirements: Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (2+ years preferred) Google Ads Certification is a plus Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Familiarity with other PPC platforms (Meta Ads, Bing Ads) is a bonus Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,337.65 - ₹41,052.80 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
