We are looking for a passionate and skilled Google Ads Executive to join our dynamic team and help drive growth through effective paid search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns .
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to ensure high-performing campaigns.
• Write and optimize ad copy to ensure maximum relevance and engagement.
• Perform regular performance analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with the design team to create effective display ads.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Keep up with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and digital marketing.
• Provide recommendations for continuous campaign improvement based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure Google Ads accounts are properly structured for maximum performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search strategies with broader marketing goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads platform.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Google Ads certification (preferred but not required).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other paid advertising platforms (Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio).
• Knowledge of landing page optimization.
