Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site About the Role We’re looking for a result-oriented Google Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads for B2B industries and a strong understanding of campaign analytics, conversion optimization, and ROI tracking. Key Responsibilities : Campaign Strategy & Setup Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation (Search, Display, Remarketing). Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. Write engaging ad copies aligned with the brand tone. Optimization & Performance Tracking Monitor daily performance and optimize for better CTR, CPC, and conversions. Refine landing pages, ad extensions, and keyword match types for higher ROI. Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and CTAs. Analytics & Reporting Track leads and conversions using Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM. Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights on cost per lead and trends. Provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvement. Collaboration & Coordination Align campaigns with marketing and sales objectives. Work with design and content teams for ad creatives. Suggest new strategies and manage ad budgets efficiently. Requirements 2–4 years of proven experience in running lead generation campaigns via Google Ads. Strong command of Google Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking. Experience in B2B campaigns (preferably industrial, certification, or consulting sectors). Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Google Ads Certification (preferred).
