Golang Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a GoLang Developer to work on backend architecture and development for our core product. You'll work closely with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to build services that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance backend services in GoLang.

- Lead architecture discussions and influence technical direction of the product.

- Own and maintain microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and asynchronous job pipelines.

- Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Optimize application performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Frontend, QA) for seamless delivery.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Ensure high standards of code quality, test coverage, and documentation.

Required Skills :

- Experience in backend development, with 3+ years in GoLang.

- Strong understanding of Go concurrency patterns, memory management, and performance tuning.

- Experience with microservices architecture and API design (REST, gRPC).

- Proficient with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Experience with message queues and event-driven architecture (Kafka, NATS, etc.).

- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience working in a product startup or scale-up environment.

- Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

- Familiarity with GraphQL or WebSockets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹503,481.31 - ₹1,850,000.00 per year
