Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer with a strong background in backend development, cloud services, and containerized environments.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, requiring a candidate with exceptional communication skills and a hands-on approach to software development using modern technologies.

Must-Have Skills

Programming Languages : Golang (strong hands-on experience required)
Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
DevOps & Containerization : Docker, Kubernetes
Version Control : Git
Cloud Platforms : Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Communication : Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang
Work with relational and NoSQL databases to optimize data access and storage
Build and manage containers using Docker and orchestration through Kubernetes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Frontend, and QA
Deploy and monitor applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers where required

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in Golang development
Proven experience working in a microservices and cloud-native architecture
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced development environment
Candidates must be immediately available or have a notice period of 15 days or less
