Snapsight is seeking a dynamic GTM Engineer to automate, scale, and optimize our outbound sales and marketing processes. This role requires combining technical skills with growth strategies to drive efficient and impactful customer outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage automated sales and marketing campaigns.
• Utilize and integrate tools such as Zapier, Clay, n8n, and Make.
• Develop workflows for lead enrichment, personalized messaging, and automated scheduling.
• Analyze and refine sales funnels using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate closely with product and sales teams for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with automation tools (Zapier, Clay, n8n, Make).
• Experience in low/no-code platforms and integrations.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels.
• Analytical and growth-oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
