Job Overview:

Sprinklr Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and configuration of
Sprinklr Service and Social modules
to meet client requirements.
Manage end-to-end
Sprinklr implementation and integration projects
across web, mobile, and social platforms.
Customize workflows, reporting dashboards, case routing, and automation rules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform solutions.
Ensure seamless integration of Sprinklr with CRM, marketing, and contact center platforms.
Provide best practices for
social listening, customer engagement, and omnichannel service delivery
.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and conduct user training.
Support business development by preparing proposals, demos, and POVs (Proof of Value).
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with governance and data privacy standards.
