Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage our campus recruitment strategy, with a strong emphasis on employer branding and relationship-building with academic institutions. This role involves end-to-end management of internship programs, full-time hiring pipelines, and strategic engagement initiatives across campuses.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong partnerships with graduate/postgraduate institutions through placement cells, faculty, administration, and student organizations to strengthen the employer brand.

Lead the full lifecycle of campus hiringright from internships to full-time conversionto ensure a consistent and high-quality talent pipeline.

Design and execute branding and engagement initiatives such as leadership sessions, pre-placement talks, industrial visits, TPO meets, hackathons, innovation challenges, certification programs, and case competitions.

Drive recruitment process excellence through analytics, adoption of technology tools, adherence to SOPs, and effective vendor management.

Collaborate with business teams to plan and implement targeted engagement activities that resonate with campus talent and enhance the companys positioning as an employer of choice.

Develop strategies to keep recruits engaged post-offer through continuous communication and brand interaction.

Consult with business and HR leadership to align campus recruitment goals with broader workforce planning strategies.

Provide insights on talent trends, market dynamics, and competitive benchmarking to shape long-term campus engagement approaches.

Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, educational institutions, student bodies, and professional associations across diverse geographies.

Lead and mentor a team of campus recruiters, overseeing their performance, development, and recognition.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred
  • Experience: 8+ years in recruitment, with proven success in:
  • Non-tech campus hiring and intern programs
  • Leading and managing campus recruitment teams
  • Building employer brand visibility at educational institutions
  • Organizing large-scale campus engagement events
  • Vendor and stakeholder management
