Practice Areas within CFO & EV:

• CFO Value Strategy: Unlocking enterprise value through strategic cost initiatives, investment decision support, and operating model redesign.
• Digital Finance Transformation: Enhancing finance operations using automation, analytics, and intelligent technologies.
• Tax Transformation: Reimagining tax processes through assessments, automation, and operating model revamps.
• Treasury & Working Capital: Driving treasury efficiency, optimizing working capital, and implementing digital treasury solutions.
• Enterprise Planning & Analysis: Building cloud-enabled, integrated planning and performance analysis capabilities.
• Digital Risk & Compliance: Helping clients manage risks and stay resilient in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to address complex financial challenges across various finance functions including accounting, reporting, taxation, treasury, and compliance.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and develop actionable insights and business cases to support financial strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Assist in designing and implementing finance operating models, process improvements, and digital finance capabilities.
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams to shape, pitch, and deliver transformation programs across different finance domains.
• Participate in or lead project activities, such as workshops, assessments, and roadmaps, to guide clients through their finance transformation journey.
• Leverage Accentures assets, tools, and methodologies to drive business impact and differentiation.
• Support the creation and development of service offerings, proposals, and knowledge capital within the CFO & EV practice.

Qualifications

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) Rank holders or first-attempt pass in both CA Final and PE II
• Experience: Minimum 3 years with a reputed CA firm, with strong exposure to:
• Taxation and regulatory compliance
• Bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Audits (including of financial institutions)
• Consolidation and closing processes
• Risk analysis and internal controls
• Client engagement and relationship management

Required Skills & Competencies

• Solid understanding of core finance processes (23 years' experience minimum)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
• Exposure to ERP platforms like SAP BPC or S/4HANA is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Self-driven and adaptable to changing business needs
