Must have skills:
Strong knowledge of upstream energy fundamentals (exploration & production, drilling, well operations).Experience in offshore/unconventional wells operations, subsurface geosciences, surface facilities.Understanding of Upstream focused functional aspects such as HSE, materials management, reliability / integrity.Client engagement and leadership skills with proven ability to manage full project lifecycle.Strong business development experience (client pitches, RFPs, proposals, solutioning)Experience of managing / leading teams in the past
Good to have skills:
Strong leadership skills in developing a practice in the management consulting space.Exposure to digital disruption opportunities in upstream (analytics, automation, well integrity, worker safety).Proven track record / Familiarity of Data & AI and its impact to Upstream industry

Summary:
In this role, you will focus on upstream energy consulting, combining industry, technical, and business expertise to deliver impact. You will drive transformation for global oil & gas clients through operational excellence, digital adoption, and strong client engagement, while leading teams and contributing to business development efforts.Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive upstream energy consulting engagements across drilling & production operations, well integrity, worker safety, and related domains.Support business development via client pitches, proposals, and solution design.Engage clients across inception, sales, and delivery phases.Lead and mentor teams, ensuring successful delivery of engagements.Identify and quantify digital disruption opportunities for upstream clients.Represent Accenture at client sites across Europe, Africa, Americas, Middle East, Asia pacific and other regions.
Professional & Technical
Skills:
Strong upstream engineering expertiseSolid understanding of subsurface geosciences, engineering, and surface facilities.Knowledge of commercial and regulatory aspects of petroleum development.Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting delivery capabilities.Ability to leverage analytics/digital technologies in upstream operations.
